How does it work?

There are two main causes of snoring; the most common cause is the partial collapse of soft tissues at the back of your throat. At night these tissues relax, become floppy and vibrate. Snoreeze works by gently lubricating these floppy tissues with natural ingredients, helping reduce the vibrations that cause you to snore.

The second cause of snoring is from a blockage in the nasal passages which results in limited airflow through the nose.

Which product is right for me?

The best way to identify which type of snoring you suffer from is to ask your partner whether you sleep with you mouth open or closed. If you sleep with you mouth open it is recommended that you try a product from the throat formats; if you snore with your mouth closed then the nasal spray is recommended.

The throat formats are available in both Oral Strips and Throat Spray, how you choose to give up snoring is up to you - Snoreeze just makes it easy.

Tips to increase success.

There are many things that contribute to snoring. Here are just a few things to avoid - if you can.

  • Alcohol not only tends to relax the mind, it also relaxes the tissues in your throat.
  • Sleeping tablets might help you sleep but they also help you snore by causing extreme relaxation of the muscles.
  • Colds, flu and allergies often cause you to suffer with a blocked nose, limiting the airflow through the nose.
  • Being overweight can reduce the width of your airway and increase the chances of you snoring.
  • Smoking can irritate the back of the throat causing your airways to become inflamed and blocked. Little wonder smokers are twice as likely to snore.
